Award-winning food writer and illustrator, Elisabeth Luard, offers an enchanting food memoir, as she tells the tales of dishes gathered from her wanderings across the globe, from Crete to Ethiopia to Tasmania.

Nina Caplan is an arts, food, wine and travel journalist and Louis Roederer International Food and Wine Writer of the Year in 2016. She writes an award-winning column on wine for the New Statesman and another, also award-winning, on wine and food for Decanter magazine. She reviews art and photography for Time Out and writes on travel for the Sunday Telegraph, Condé Nast Traveller and other assorted publications.

Elisabeth Luard is an award-winning food writer, journalist and broadcaster. Her cookbooks include A Cook’s Year in a Welsh Farmhouse, European Peasant Cookery and The Food of Spain and Portugal. She has written three memoirs: Family Life, Still Life and My Life as a Wife. She has a monthly column in the Oldie, is a trustee of the Oxford Symposium on Food and Cookery, and writes in Country Living, the Telegraph, Country Life and the Daily Mail.

Matthew Stadlen is a national radio and television presenter, producer and writer. He has presented weekend early mornings on LBC since the start of October 2016.
